COLUMBUS — Democratic U.S. Senate candidate Brad Ellsworth launched a string of attacks at his opponent, Republican Dan Coats, during a speech in Columbus on Saturday, June 12, 2010. Ellsworth, a U.S. Representative from Evansville, said his campaign has the truth on its side in its race against Coats, a former U.S. Senator. “Truth and honesty matter in what we say,” Ellsworth said. “I’m proud of what I’ve done. I’ll stand by every vote I’ve made, every single one. Now, can my opponent say that?”
